Hey so Thancred is a spy by profession and is p good at reading people and creating exhaustive mental notes about them, so! If you are on sensitIV or have CR with him, please feel free to let me know here anything you want him to have picked up on about your character, or anything you want me as a player to remember about them.

Izanagi is mainly like... he smiles the brightest around Chrys from LiliS and while his smiles are otherwise pretty damn good there's definitely a marked difference in him happy around Chrys vs him happy around anyone else. He also used to go without sleep all the time forever and only recently began sleeping a few nights a week, eats regularly (which was secretly sickness stuff but now that's out in the open) and generally terrible at standing still, he's got to have his hands occupied at the very least.
He reads a lot of medical texts and seems to be studying both medicine and forensics when he's not, like, watching helltube videos on how to make various foods/desserts during downtime. That said he seems to be constantly busy doing something or another which is probably related to him being fidgety - he doesn't seem to like spaces of time where he isn't occupied with something or another.

Persephone:
- would admit that he was a courtesan, and probably admit that he was an expensive one. He already sort of did but probably would admit that.
-fucking really good at acting. like, he's genuinely kind and gentle and soft-spoken and demure but he also like, pretends to be more delicate and hesitant than he actually is (spoilers: steel will beneath the silk) and it's a really really fucking good act! like there's nothing forced or unnatural about it at all.
- related to the above, he has hidden weapons even while he pretends to be helpless in a fight. extremely well-hidden but Thancred's a rogue, he knows this shit, so I'll just point them all out. his parasol has a sword hidden in it, his fan is one of those war fans that looks like a pretty fucking fan at like second or third or fourth glances unless you look really closely, he has stilettos in his hairsticks. this point is probably what breaks point #2 about him presenting himself as someone who doesn't know how to fight and someone to be underestimated at all times. This is an act he has clearly done a lot for sustained periods. if Thancred comes to the conclusion that he was an assassin or a courtesan-assassin...that is like, totally reasonable, tbh.
- so he's actually like really skilled at a variety of skills. Yay being an Exalt. most notable is that he's literally human peak at performance-related activities, especially singing and dancing. (basically in a brief game mechanics aside: his stats work in a system where shit is ranked from 1-5, 5 being human peak. his 5s are in Dexterity, Performance, and Appearance: noting those because it's like Obvious. also equally obvious is that his Strength is ridiculously bad, as it's 1.)
- terrible at housework. He can keep things tidy and is willing to help like clean a bit and keep things tidy and pull his own weight there but he can't cook, can barely sew, and doesn't really have interest in learning.
- spends a lot of time chilling in his wisteria maze. A lot of time. Usually goes out to the library, doesn't really socialize that much or have visitors very often. (if he does, it's Shrike from avante). Reads a lot. A l o t. Always has the max number of books checked out. Has probably nearly dropped some getting them back into sensitIV because lol his strength score.
- extremely rarely uses gendered terms for himself, e.g., not brother, son, etc. He uses gender-neutral ones: child, sibling, etc. Presents in a very androgynous and feminine manner (also has like, an alto voice: his VA is Noto Mamiko). other people do use gendered terms for him (Amaranth, Lucifel, etc).
- sincerely loves everyone on sensitIV.
-Distrusts Men, unless they are on sensitIV. if he pays attention, Persephone is giving him, Susanoo, and Noah a lot of like slack/passes that he doesn't give other men. of the three unambiguously men on sensitIV, he is most comfortable with Noah.
- hides this extremely well but he is kind of constantly lowkey anxious around Thancred. since he's the type to pay close attention, he'd pick up on it that it's not like...specifically to do with Thancred himself because he like, settles a bit when Thancred's talking or doing particularly Thancred things (and it's not to do with bread, either, if he ever saw him/sees him like interacting with bread at like the book club live or whatever, since he does the same thing unless he's talking or like, doing bread things). It's more a general "pale-haired men in their late thirties make him lowkey nervous."
- will never, ever, ever willingly let on to this unless pushed A Lot but being around men who are drinking makes him uncomfortable. yes, he will still like pour drinks or get water for him and Susanoo and generally do all the pleasant and practiced things that someone who is used to doing this for men who are drinking because he loves them and will do things for them and take care of them.
so if Thancred keeps tabs on his unitmates, this is something that he might notice at some point (I don't think he probably knows yet because I get the Feeling he would want to talk to Persephone about this like ASAP if he did):
every time Persephone takes a memory in public (which is every time he takes a memory, he doesn't bother with private ones), Emet comes to talk to him. If he ever sees them interact from a distance, Emet is pretty obviously to someone who knows Emet trying to get Persephone to trust and like him and is trying very hard, like sincerely interested in trying to get Persephone to be his friend. The best way to describe it is "man with birdseed is trying to get the bird to come to his hand and the bird isn't having it."
Question, and this is going to be relevant given the memories I'm planning to have Persephone take/things he mentions. Does your age difference DNW apply to talking about no good, horrible, very bad backstory stuff? To be safe, I was planning to not ping you to memory regains and have him like studiously avoid talking about most of his backstory past like 16, but I thought I should ask.

my agegap thing only applies to asking me to actually play out romantic/sexy things with way younger characters so you are good! It's not a trigger/heavy squick or anything I just don't think it'd be IC for Thancred to pursue kids so I have forbidden it preemptively!
