[He downs his own vial now, orange, then crooks a finger at Vergil in beckoning, leaning in a bit. Thancred's going to have to get on his toes if he's going to give a real kiss, but given the range of heights in his world he doesn't find that embarrassing at all.

He is much more focused on the opportunity to be a rude, teasing jerk.]

Come. You do irritate me to no end, but I think I'd find spiteful enjoyment in showing you how pleasant a shameful mortal can be. If only for the briefest of moments. ...Unless you cannot bear it, of course.

[He rolls his eyes, scoffing.]

I can bear it. But don't flatter yourself, you won't be showing me anything new.

[At least he's used to having to stoop himself. But he bends only at the neck, grabbing hold of Thancred around the collar to drag him forward to meet him. Because if he's going to kiss this man, he's going to act as rude about it as possible.]

[Part of him is a little irritated at being dragged, but part of him is really not. It's funny, okay?! He puts an arm around Vergil's neck though, to steady himself as he gives a very nice kiss. Thancred's a pain but hey, he has a few redeeming qualities.]

[Wow rude. He refuses to acknowledge that it might be a pretty good kiss.

He does, however, have to prove himself now too. A few weeks ago he would have been extremely clumsy, but, thank Lahabrea! What a good guy! Now he actually knows what he's doing, and he will not be outdone.]

[Lahabrea is the worst but Thancred is enjoying the fruits of his labour, at least!

They could have had a quick chaste kiss but no, they cannot be that simple. They both want to win, so Thancred's going to let it get quite lewd. If Vergil doesn't back down, it will only slide more and more into just plain making out.]

[Oops, looks like it's getting hot and heavy then, since he absolutely refuses to back down. Especially the more it escalates. He shoves his tongue in Thancred's mouth, because he's at least not going to be at all gentle about it, twisting the fabric he grips to lift Thancred more so he can bend less.]

[Thancred bites. Not so hard as to actually making it unpleasant, but if Vergil's going to be rough he's going to return it! He'll also try to tug Vergil down more -- at least enough that Thancred doesn't end up being lifted right off his feet. Don't pick him up you big dog!!]

[Yeah, well, he likes biting, so there!!! ...That just makes this worse actually, doesn't it. He bites Thancred's lip back though, naturally, not to be outdone. Being pissed about the whole situation and it actually being pretty okay, though, he grumbles. It sounds more like a growl, being a dog and all.

Someone is going to have to stop this eventually? It will not be Vergil, he refuses.]

[Frankly the grumblegrowl is hot and that is a Problem! Vergil is not supposed to be hot, he's supposed to be a big dumb thorn in Thancred's side! Of course, he also does not want to give in. In sheer competitiveness, they're equals.

Fortunately Thancred has approximate three more brain cells than Vergil, so he will eventually stop. But only when he catches himself starting to lean full-body into Vergil, and a very embarrassing noise slips out.

At that point he backs off all at once, wiping his mouth and looking down to hide his flushed cheeks and hazy expression.]

...I suppose you're not the worst.

[He's extremely stupid. And he would be much better at being unaffected, when just physicality isn't really something that will get him going. But the sound Thancred makes is a shock, as is feeling him press closer. How is he supposed to look him in the eye after that?]

[He is embarrassed, but he doesn't want to just concede. So after he's caught he breath, he looks back up, hand still halfway over his mouth and face still a little red, and grins.]
